Version 0.4.0-1 is is currently in Experimental and is ready to move into Unstable.

I have rebuilt all reverse build dependencies without problems.

  * Depend on libpango-1.0-0 instead of the transitional package
    libpango1.0-0 (Closes: #865170).
  * Raise Standards-Version to 4.1.4 from 4.1.3 (no changes needed).
  * debian/watch: Use 'uversionmangle' instead of 'oversionmangle'.
