Ah, I assumed that the files being there means another DD sponsored this
just before me.  People don't bother marking RFS bugs as being reviewed in
most cases -- that's too much overhead in non-complex cases, and the
downside being just twice as many eyeballs checking the package (horror!).

The failed upload is still there; I'm marking the RFS bug open so this
doesn't get forgotten.

I may look further once I wake up for real rather than just to feed the cat
(as you can see, my .sig is not exaggerated).
