Bug#880613: apulse: missing authors from the copyright file

Hi!
I've just noticed that the package currently in NEW has the following:

Files: 3rdparty/pulseaudio-headers/*
Copyright: 2004-2017 Lennart Poettering

Yet there are more authors.  I see at least:

2006 Pierre Ossman <ossman@cendio.se> 
2009-2011 Colin Guthrie
2011 Intel Corporation
2011 Collabora Multimedia
2011 Arun Raghavan <arun.raghavan@collabora.co.uk>

and those are merely those listed.  Usually, in a collaborative project,
such headers are inaccurate to the point of uselessness, mentioning only
the first person to create a given file and those with extremely litigious
employers.  Thus I wonder if it wouldn't be better to list them only
collectively.  In any case, it's not just The Bad Lennart.


Chris Lamb just REJECTed (although I didn't receive that mail thus I don't
know what he wrote), could you please amend and re-upload?
