Bug#884780: RFS: piu-piu/1.0-1 [ITP]

Hi!
If there's no compilation step do i need DEBIAN/rules file?
And piu-piu is alredy in usr/games dir so install is deprecated to imho.

Add compat and source/format to DEBIAN dir but lintian gives me these 
errors:
W: piu-piu: unknown-control-file compat
E: piu-piu: control-file-is-not-a-file source/
W: piu-piu: unknown-control-file source/format

Is it ok?
