Both of these are already addressed. Are you building from the right tag? Otherwise, these could be false positives I guess?

That's the classic issue with the copy of jquery generated by doxygen. The Debian maintainer for src:doxygen recommends to not act on it, and I was told before to leave the warning as is instead of using an override.
