package has been re-uploaded with a new version: 10.31.01-1

I have integrated the changes suggested by Andrey Rahmatullin <wrar@debian.org>.

The new dget command would be:

  dget -x https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/j/jpcre2/jpcre2_10.31.01-1.dsc


Can you reopen this bug or should I open another?
