Changes since the last upload:

  * New upstream release
    - Telegram Calls in desktop application and other improvements
  * Refresh patches
    - Fixed hung on startup in Unity or MATE environment (LP: #1680943)
    - Changed optimization level from -Ofast to -O2

The new version of the package depends on libtgvoip, a library for 
calls. I also packaged it, and you will find it mentors.d.n too.

Mattia, I send this email to you because you already uploaded previous 
versions. You don't mind?

By the way, I pushed commits with the new version into git.d.o. The 
package that I uploaded to mentors.d.n, corresponds to 579fd0b commit.
