Bug#860050: RFS: xtensor/0.8.4-1

May I also add xtensor-python/0.9.2-2?

The update just fixes an RC due to missing copyright information in the
initial upload of version 0.9.2-1.

https://anonscm.debian.org/git/debian-science/packages/xtensor-python.g
it

Cheers,
Ghis
