That's exactly what mentors.debian.net is there for: to provide a server for
RFSes so you don't need to maintain one yourself. It also does some checks,
but those are redundant with the basics of what any sponsors would run, so
the value is only in a front-gate filter.
It's a service you can choose to use or not.
