this usually means (if I'm correct) that the new sunpy makes python-sunpy
and python-sunpy uninstallable on s390x

I tried on zelenka and they got installed correctly on an s390x sid chroot

however in stretch one of its dependencies is not installable
python-pandas : Depends: python-pandas-lib (>= 0.19.0+git14-ga40e185-1) but it is not installable

probably you want to fix pandas if you need the package in Stretch :)
