It looks like it's up for adoption.  To sell myself a little I have a
bachelors in compsci.

Hopefully this will be a fairly low-effort package requiring only
sporadic attention.

You need to prepare a proposed upload of the package, and upload it
somewhere (usually mentors.debian.net), before filing the RFS bug.
