the "bug" is introduce with a stable-release-update, and should be fixed
with another s-p-u
fixing it with a backport means the user should be aware of the fix in another
pocket, enable it, install it, and so on.
I guess having both "issue" and "fix" on the same pocket is reasonable
(note: I have no authoritative hat on)
