In this specific case those don't help however.
Gianfranco is suggesting you modify bug #824466 and remove the
moreinfo tag, CCing him on the mail. You can do this using the 'tag'
control command:

So you would send a mail like this:
To: 824466@bugs.debian.org
CC: Gianfranco Costamagna <locutusofborg@debian.org>,
Control: tags -1 - moreinfo
I have fixed the issues you found in the setop package.
