I don't intend to sponsor this package, but here's a superficial review:

cppcheck says:
[sys.cc:375]: (error) Uninitialized variable: rtm_type

I really dislike manual pages that tell the me that documentation is 
somewhere else. I'd prefer if they didn't exist; then I wouldn't waste 
my time for quitting the manual pager...

Typos in English documentation:

april -> April
asymetrics -> asymmetric
betwean -> between
controll -> control
directiories -> directories
february -> February
informations -> information
occured -> occurred
occuring -> occurring
phisical -> physical
proviously -> previously
splitted -> split

Some comments ("Routing lokalny" etc.) are in Polish.

"Allows to control" is ungrammatical. See bug #795158.

Typos in Polish documentation:

Jednostyki -> Jednostki
Wartośc -> Wartość
domyslnie -> domyślnie
dostepne -> dostępne
hash-ujące -> haszujące (although Wikipedia says it should be "mieszające")
inicjalizacje -> inicjalizację (unless it was meant to be plural...)
interfejsow -> interfejsów
konfguracyjnych -> konfiguracyjnych
nalezy -> należy
naprawde -> naprawdę
niemoże -> nie może
niezbedny -> niezbędny
orginalnych -> oryginalnych
poniedzialek -> poniedziałek
stystykach -> statystykach
uzyskac -> uzyskać
