Thank you very much for this file: it would have been taken ages to me to understand how to write something similar.

During these days, I:
- integrated the watch file in the Debian package;
- imported latest upstream revision of openfst 1.5.1;
- discussed with upstream about tarball versioning and soname;
- added a new patch 1008_fix_linking_issues.patch, replacing and extending unresolved_symbols.diff.

I hope the package is now in a better state for upload.
