I was doing the thing via git, but I noticed a difference.
In 0520b5304334d3da89efe5a8b2c6496603e62fd0 I can see this:
-Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 10),
+Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 9.20151219),
I can't really explain that, but I also find interesting that in the
.dsc I got from mentors the build-dep is on >= 10.
