RFS: Backports of remaining prerequisites for acmetool

Dear mentors,

I am submitting sponsorship requests for backports of the remaining
prerequisites for acmetool for simultaneous inclusion in the next
backports NEW cycle, with the goal of minimizing processing time
so that acmetool can be submitted for the subsequent NEW cycle.

The packages build in the following order:

golang-gopkg-alecthomas-kingpin.v2
↳ golang-gopkg-hlandau-easyconfig.v1
  ↳ golang-gopkg-hlandau-service.v2
  ↳ golang-github-hlandau-buildinfo
    ↳ golang-github-hlandau-dexlogconfig
