Also, the upstream bug that you linked in the debian bug is still open
with no comments, how come?

* please bump debhelper compat level to 10
* switch to pybuild for building
* README.source is now completely useless
* I wouldn't mind seeing the build-deps sorted
* merge the UNRELEASED changelog entry into yours
Then, does this package build with python3? If so please add a python3-
package.
