Please make this upload deferred, since some dependencies
are still in the queue.

Clarification on the source name:
This package is not named "meta-torch-core" because some
of torch core components which require CUDA are not yet ready,
and cannot be contained in a metapackage in main section.
I will make "src:meta-torch-core-contrib" to include those rest
contrib components.

Debomatic:
It will FTBFS untill new:lua-torch-trepl and the lua-torch-image RFS
are cleared.
