Hey,

It's building again (actually, it was since a few days already).

I was trying to workaround this issue in the meantime: 
https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/issues/8887

04_tools.patch is updated. It's really hard to find a good replacement 
for the fonts...  fonts-droid was dropped and noto is not really the 
replacement for it
