Previous versions of the package were mentored by Arno Töll since 2012 (prepared for jessie).
New versions of "asn1c" partially fixed some bugs from existing patches, several patches are reported
upstream so the package delta is continiously decreasing. New uploads may fix build bugs with m68k and
make the build reproducible.
