I agree that the situation is not very comfortable, but I have great news: I have been added to pkg-auth, so my next upload on those packages shall be team uploads and not NMUs. ;) However, I will wait for an answer from the Yubico people before adding myself as an Uploader and making the Vcs-* links point to Alioth.
