Bug#823140: RFS: caffe/1.0.0~rc3-1 -- a deep learning framework [ITP]



this shouldn't be a big issue, just introduce a python3 package, gets it in new queue
and ask a removal of the old python2 cruft package.
Until this is only in experimental we can just don't care.

OK, I'm checking the difference between -1 and HEAD now.
Will open another RFS for -2.

It's my fault that I didn't perform any mentors upload after
I started the python3 transition ... So the mentors package
keeps old ...
