In #825236, Giulio asked me about uploading phonetisaurus to unstable.
If I were the maintainer, I would hesitate to make such upload until the following is done:

I forgot one thing:

* phonetisaurus-calculateER should escape arguments before passing them to shell. Or, better, it should use the subprocess module instead of os.system().

* 1001_fix_binaries_return_values.patch is accepted upstream. (Are they alive?)
They are alive (latest commit in their repository is from 3 months ago), although they have not made any proper release since a long time.

Hmm, I had a look at the repo. "!WARNING: In Flux!"[0] and "What happened to this project?"[1] don't make me confident that this software is mature enough for a stable Debian release...
