Since there're a few improvements of upstream:
- Merged one of my patch in debian/patches/
- Made upstream Changelog out of debian/ folder, so as one lintian info is gone.
I update the version to latest commit in upstream git, and upload to mentors.
Now my packaging stuff can be found on pkg2 branch of
https://github.com/rogers0/shadowsocks-libev
