Since it ships files in /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages, it should be
`python3-`.

I will revert back again to `python3-proselint` from `proselint`, and
change again the git repo for the tags and pristine-tars, but this
means `proselint` should be dropped from NEW.

Yes, please ask ftpmasters to remove it from NEW. I have tagged this
moreinfo until I have its place and namespace sorted.
