Bug#820165: RFS: libretro-genesisplusgx/1.7.4+git20160330 [ITP]
Let's make it clear here.
Only EkeEke can change the license of Genesis Plus GX. It does not
matter if MAME is GPL or whatever now. It's a derivative work on OLD
code which is non-commercial.
And please don't flood here...
