I still don't follow that, you need to change the watch file to see a new
release or not?

I mean, it might be ok to change it to download the new release,
but uscan is used to *detect* new tarballs on the remote, and in that
way... I'm not sure it works...

Maybe some other DDs can help us in achieving something similar
(I guess some uversionmangle syntax might help there)
