dput mentors file.changes.

btw the correct command is to use the alias, I'm not sure it works with the url

I'm trying to upload packages using dput -
dput ftp.upload.debian.org variety_0.5.4_amd64.changes
 but am receiving this:
No host ftp.upload.debian.org found in config
