sorry -- this issue fell of my radar :-/  I would like to sponsor this
upload.  I would be ok to sponsor upload without +dfsg and with a
comment on relicensing (and pointer to
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=775532#57).

or if you like I could review/upload as it is now.  Just let me know
