Package: sponsorship-requests
Severity: normal

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "pyoperators":

* Package name    : pyoperators
  Version         : 0.13.5-2
  Upstream Author : Pierre Chanial
* URL             :http://pchanial.github.io/pyoperators/
* License         : CeCILL-B
  Programming Lang: Python
  Description : Operators and solvers for high-performance
computing.

It builds the following binary packages:
 python-pyoperators -- Python 2 version of the module
 python3-pyoperators -- Python 3 version of the module

Changes since last upload:
  * d/control:
    - remove numpy and scipy from recommends
    - move pyfftw to suggests
  * d/p/001-fix-requirements.diff:
    - force numpexpr as dependency
    - remove pyfftw from requirements
  * d/watch: use pypi.debian.net
This upload fixes some issues w.r.t package dependencies: - pyfftw is no longer an install dep, which should allow builds of the package for arch that don't have it. - numexpr is an install dependency, which is not explicitly listed in setup.py but is here on module import. This is clearly a bug and it has been filed upstream. This package is currently maintained by the Debian Science Team and can be checked out here. https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/debian-science/packages/pyoperators.git Cheers, Ghislain
