Dear Benda,

If you do that, each time one of the two packages is updated, the other
will also need to be needlessly re-built (on every single arch, for
casacore), re-uploaded to the archive (and its many mirrors), and
re-upgraded by every user. That's a lot of wasted CPU, bandwidth, and
hard-drive space.

Better to just use the bootstrapping scenario and leave the circular
build-dependency.
