Well, according to the control information the dependency is
really missing:

Depends: libbz2-1.0, libc6 (>= 2.14), libgcc1 (>= 1:4.1.1), libperl5.20 (>= 5.20.0), libstdc++6 (>= 4.9), libxml2 (>= 2.7.4), zlib1g (>= 1:1.1.4)
