retitle 587458 ITP: isbg -- IMAP Spam Begone
thanks

Hi Werner.

Please:

1. d/changelog: reduce to:

isbg (0.99-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Initial packaging (Closes: #587458)

 -- Werner Mahr (Vollstrecker) <amule@vollstreckernet.de> Wed, 20 Aug

2. d/compat: change to 9.

3. d/control:
      - Update the DH to 9.
      - Create a VCS to control your debian/ versions. You can use
github or other. So, add the Vcs-Browser and Vcs-{Git|Svn|Cvs} to
d/control.
      - Build-Depends: remove dh-python and quilt.
      - Depends: change ${python:Depends} to python.
      - http://redmine.ookook.fr/projects/isbg  => doesn't working.

4. d/copyright:
    - In 'Files: *' you must use 'License: OSI Approved'. So, you must
reproduce the text in /LICENSE. Don't use a complement and don't
specify a special license. Your packaging can be GPL-3+ but I suggest
to use the same upstream license or a dual license.
    - The upstream dates must be
       2009-2010, Thomas Lecavelier <thomas@lecavelier.name>
       ?-2009, Roger Binns <rogerb@rogerbinns.com> (where you
found 2002?)
    - Add a ">" in your email address.

5. d/rules: remove all useless comments:

# -*- makefile -*-
# This file was originally written by Vollstrecker

# Uncomment this to turn on verbose mode.

6. d/rules: change from 'dh --with python2 $@' to 'dh $@ --with python2'.

7. d/watch: remove all commented lines.

Is the upstream code working with Python 2 only? Can you test with Python 3?

Thanks for your work.

Cheers,

Eriberto
