The best thing you can do for now is just apply the patch in Debian
until upstream are willing to remove the embedded code copy.

On that note, also some further comments from raster (lead enlightenment/efl dev)

<raster> as other distros dont generally ship lz4

<raster> and as i said - we are going to wrap etc.

<raster> and move it elsewhere

<raster> also - debian policies are not ours
