Sure, but the wiki page leaves the impression that you must add
debian/autoreconf in almost all cases, it says "plain dh_autoreconf
will often not work". Such cases should be relevantly rare, I think,
as most packages have a top-level configure and use AC_CONFIG_SUBDIRS.
