I hate to disagree, but for me it doesn't. After `make distclean` the
files are still there. And you still should fix it some way in the
Debian package during the building. E.g. it seems that you removed
libtool for a reason, but once you are building, it is back as the
source is unpacked and you don't remove it in a clean action. By the
way, that file is restored by the `make distclean` command.
