Changes since the last upload:

  * debian/source/format: Switch to 3.0 (quilt).
  * debian/README.source: Delete.
  * debian/control (Build-Depends): Remove dpatch.
    (Vcs-Arch): Replace with Vcs-Git; add Vcs-Browser.
    (Standards-Version): Claim compliance with 3.9.5 as of this release.
  * debian/rules: Don't include dpatch.mk.  Enable hardening.
    (clean): Merge clean-patched recipe here.
    (binary-arch): Replace gsdh_gnustep with dh_gnustep.
    (build-arch, build-indep): New targets as required by Policy.
  * debian/patches/05_system_pcre.dpatch:
  * debian/patches/10_gv_path.dpatch:
  * debian/patches/00list: Quiltify/rename as...
  * debian/patches/use-system-pcre.patch:
  * debian/patches/gv-path.patch:
  * debian/patches/series: ...and make them DEP-3 compliant.
  * debian/patches/gcc-warnings.patch: New; fix a lot of issues, still
    way too many remain (Closes: #749756).
  * debian/preinst: Delete; no longer needed.
  * debian/GTAMSAnalyzer.desktop: Add Keywords field.
