apt 1.0.3

Dear Mentors,

I have apt 1.0.3 and the following configuration 10periodic:

root@debian:/home/mohsen# cat /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/10periodic 
APT::Periodic::Update-Package-Lists "0";
APT::Periodic::Download-Upgradeable-Packages "0";
APT::Periodic::AutocleanInterval "0";
APT::Periodic::Unattended-Upgrade "0";
///////////////////////////////

When i use `apt-get update;` itself gets files and i see
filled /var/cache/apt/files
How modify i apt to disable auto-upgrade ?
