Or simply not having them in the Makefile.am...

This only helps in the "lib is not found" case. Not in the BOOST_THREAD_LIB
is empty case, afaik

But that should be done anyways for safety. The libs are there and not in
/usr/lib and "helping" boost detection isn't bad.

I had both cases already..
