Just a few quick comments:

- consider targeting unstable directly instead of experimental, given
that 3.13 is already available in unstable
- libnftnl-dev Depends: ${misc:Pre-Depends}; I'm pretty sure you meant
Pre-Depends there
- a lot of files in tests/ are copyright 2012 Ana Rey Botello
<anarey@gmail.com>, please mention that in debian/copyright
- don't override no-upstream-changelog if there's actually no upstream
changelog available (just ignore that lintian issue)
- if you don't use a pristine upstream tarball, please provide a
get-orig-source target in debian/rules (see Policy 4.9 [1])
- remove your override_dh_auto_test target in d/rules
