git history to d/changelog, with commit id

Hi there!

I see that some d/changelog uses git commit ids in addition to the
commit name [0].
Is a nice trick that I would like to implement in my packages.

However, after reading some docs [1] [2] I don't know what to do (i
guess, using git-dch).

Could anyone point me in the right direction?
