I'd say you have to add iso-codes as Build-Dependency.
Also you might wanna update debian/copyright accordingly for:
./RpmFileCheck.py:# Copyright (C) 2006 Michael Scherer <misc@zarb.org>
and copyright years 1999-2007 regarding:
./rpmlint: print ('rpmlint version %s Copyright (C) 1999-2007 Frederic Lepied, Mandriva' % Config.__version__)
and also mention debian/* (with yourself als copyright holder)
inside the copyright file.
