Could you link to your source package so we can see what you are talking about? I would expect a network service to use proper authentication methods like RSA keys of some form (SSH/OpenPGP/X.509), is this cluster thing really having no authentication and using file permissions to protect the service? -- bye, pabs http://wiki.debian.org/PaulWise
