RFS: spotweb (uploaded new version to mentors)

Hi all,

I've uploaded a new version of the spotweb package to mentors. This new
version properly handles package upgrades by updating the database and
includes a working watch file.

The URL for spotweb at the mentors site is:
http://mentors.debian.net/package/spotweb

Alternatively, you can download the package with dget using dget:
dget -x http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/s/spotweb/spotweb_  
20130826+dfsg-1~pre2.dsc

I'd appreciate it if someone could review the package and possibly sponsor
its upload to Debian.
