Found a nice tool that needs a maintainer: jq

Hi,

I have found a tool called "jq", which is a very nice JSON parser for
the shell. I know I could simply write an RFP, though these don't get
much attention. So, if you feel like you have a bit of time to package
it (correctly, not like I did), then you can take this as a starting point:

Vcs-Browser: http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=openstack/jq.git;a=summary
Vcs-Git: git://anonscm.debian.org/openstack/jq.git

Please don't comment on this package, it's unfinished, and it's having
loads of problems (like, it's not lintian clean, embeds some license
files, it doesn't include the doc, etc.).

I don't have enough time to maintain this myself, and I maintain already
too many things in Debian. So, if anyone without upload rights wants to
work on it, I'll sponsor the upload as soon as the above problems are
fixed (plus certainly more which I didn't spot yet).

Cheers,

Thomas Goirand (zigo)
