Build issue in package using Qt

Hi,

I'm trying to sort out an issue with the freemedforms-project package.
The latest status is in svn

   svn://svn.debian.org/debian-med/trunk/packages/freemedforms-project/trunk/

and if I'm using pdebuild (as usual in an up to date unstable environment) I
get

...
dh build --parallel --buildsystem=qmake_qt4 # --dbg-package=freemedforms-project-dbg
   dh_testdir -O--parallel -O--buildsystem=qmake_qt4
   debian/rules override_dh_auto_configure
make[1]: Entering directory `/tmp/buildd/freemedforms-project-0.9.0~beta1'
lrelease global_resources/translations/*.ts
lrelease: could not find a Qt installation of ''
make[1]: *** [override_dh_auto_configure] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/tmp/buildd/freemedforms-project-0.9.0~beta1'
make: *** [build] Error 2

This problem does not happen if I'm building on my testing machine.
Usually this is a sign of a lacking Build-Depends and thus I tried hard
to solve this even by adding "qt-sdk" (not commited to SVN but see
attached build log) to Build-Depends (which throws in close to
everything) but the problem did not vanished.

On the other hand the problem sounds very similar to #710773 considering
that the /usr/bin/lrelease binary is also part of qtchooser. But there
is no difference between the qtchooser package in testing and unstable so
the problem might be hidden in some other place.

Any helpful hint is really appreciated.

Kind regards

       Andreas.
