request for review of yubikey-val and yubikey-ksm

Hi,

We have uploaded packages that implement the YubiKey validation server
(VAL) and YubiKey key storage module (KSM) to mentors.  Daniel Pocock
has done initial review and volunteered to sponsor the upload.  I want
the package to be in perfect condition, so if anyone has time to look at
it, please do!  Feedback is welcome.
