Thanks, this works fine.
But for the record: it needs to be built from sid source (I am on
testing) and it really just checks (some of) the syntax, i.e. it doesn't
catch this:

Files: *
Copyright: 2006-2013 Foo Bar <foo@bar.com>
License: GPL-2+
    bla
