Thanks for all these valuable changes. I agree with everything, though
please upload your work to the team's git on Alioth instead of Github
(you are now a member of the Alioth group, so you can upload your PEAR
module package in /git/pkg-php), and change the VCS fields accordingly.
Let me know when done, and I'll sponsor your package.
A tiny thing though (not a blocker). I saw you rewrote the short
description, adding "PHP" in front of it. I don't see the point. The
package is already called php-net-dime. The long description wouldn't
suffer from a rewrite either.
